Many years ago I wrote a mailing list manager, called Enemies of Carlotta.

I have stopped developing it. I am no longer using it. If you would like to take over development, please do.

The current code is in bzr, you can get it via:

I no longer run a mailing list for eoc, but there's a new one: eoc@kivimaa.fi .
